Mandatory Orientation Meeting

In August, there is a mandatory orientation meeting for all parents.  At this meeting, Choral Department objectives and planned activities, wardrobe, tours, CPA membership and fundraising are presented and explained.

This year’s Orientation Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, in the LCHS Auditorium at 6 pm. A Chamber/Concert Choir tour meeting will be held immediately following the general orientation.

Annual Meeting

Near the end of the school year, the annual meeting of CPA occurs just prior to Awards Night.  At this meeting, the activities and accomplishments of the program are summarized; the annual Treasurer’s report is presented; and CPA Board elections are held for the following school year.

This year’s Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at La Canada Presbyterian Church at 6:30 pm, just prior to the 7:00 p.m. Choir Awards Night.
